Charter Furniture Solutions is a Dallas-Fort Worth based furniture rental and sales business established in 1983. We operate a retail store, a rental division, a clearance outlet store and a distribution center in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Charter Furniture Rental serves the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Austin, Temple, Waco and Killeen. We have a showroom in Addison, Texas.

Our History
Charter Furniture started as a family affair! Husband and wife Bill & Jayne and son Mike capitalized on Bill's history in the furniture business and Mike's energy as a starving grad student and launched Charter Furniture Rental in 1983!
We opened our first rental showroom on Inwood Road in 1984! Family friend John, our first non family officer, joined the team in 1985 to help build relationships with area apartment staff and management companies. John's brother Rob came right out of school and became Charter's first Rental Clearance Manager. In 1993 we opened our first retail location in Addison, TX and was quickly followed by our 2nd retail store in 1998 in the Fort Worth suburb of North Richland Hills.
Along the way we found ourselves doing more and more models, club rooms & offices for the apartment industry and we launched ModelEasy™, our trademarked line of pre-designed model furniture and accessory packages in 2006. In 2013, we developed our Design Team, focusing exclusively on model/office & club room solutions for the apartment management industry. In 2014 we expanded our Dallas showroom and added 24,000 square feet of artwork, accessories, and a dedicated private showroom for our ModelEasy™ program.
In 2016 we were joined by Willy and our emotional health has never been better!
